Statement of Faith

We have summarized a statement of faith, based on The Second London Baptist Confession.

The Second London Baptist Confession

Formulated in London, 1677, and adopted in the United States in 1742 as The Philadelphia Confession of Faith. Concerning church theory and sacraments we hold fast to Baptist doctrine but as for the fundamental doctrines of Christianity our faith is also the same as that of the Presbyterians (The Westminster Confession of Faith) and the Congregational Church (Savoy Declaration).

The Baptist Catechism

This Baptist Catechism is an edited translation of the Baptist Catechism, formulated 1693 in England. The Second London Baptist Confession served as its foundation and it follows the structure of the Westminster Shorter Catechism.
